If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms govern your use of this marketing website and demo line only. Use of our managed services (LeadRescue AI, Revenue Ops) is governed by separate client service agreements.

2. Services Described

This website provides information about LeadRescue AI by Stogner Labs and Stogner Labs Revenue Ops.

LeadRescue AI is a managed AI front desk service for home-service companies. It answers missed, overflow, and after-hours calls using AI voice technology, captures caller details (name, phone, address, service need, urgency), delivers lead summaries by email and SMS, provides daily call recaps, weekly QA monitoring, call-flow tuning, and emergency routing on applicable plans. LeadRescue AI is a managed service operated by Stogner Labs LLC, not standalone software.

Stogner Labs Revenue Ops is a managed revenue workflow service for home-service companies using Jobber or Housecall Pro with QuickBooks Online.

3. Demo Line

This website includes a demo phone line where you can hear how LeadRescue AI works. The demo line uses AI to answer calls. It is not a human. Calls to the demo line may be recorded for quality and demonstration purposes. By calling the demo line or requesting a callback through the website, you consent to recording of the call and to receiving a phone call at the number you provide.

4. Pricing and 30-Day Guarantee

Published pricing on this website is indicative and subject to change. Final pricing and service terms are established in individual client service agreements.

LeadRescue AI plans include a 30-Day Monitored Launch with a money-back guarantee on the first month. To qualify for the refund, clients must complete onboarding, maintain active call forwarding, and attend the 30-day review. Overage charges incurred during the launch period are not included in the refund. Full guarantee terms are provided in the client service agreement.

AI voice minutes are included with each plan. Usage exceeding included minutes is billed at the applicable per-minute overage rate. We monitor usage and notify clients before they exceed their included minutes.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of others
• Restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Submit false or misleading information through forms
• Abuse the demo line (excessive calls, spam, or harassment)

All content on this website, including text, design, logos, graphics, and the LeadRescue AI brand, is the property of Stogner Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

LeadRescue AI uses AI voice technology to answer and process calls. While we monitor and tune call quality, AI systems may occasionally misinterpret caller intent, fail to capture information, or produce unexpected responses. We review flagged calls as part of our managed QA process but do not guarantee perfect accuracy on every call.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stogner Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, demo line, or reliance on information presented on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from missed leads, failed call transfers, AI errors, or service interruptions.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and services use third-party providers including Cal.com (scheduling), Formspree (contact forms), Retell AI (AI voice technology), Twilio (telephony and SMS), Google Analytics 4 (website analytics), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (website hosting). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external services. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
