1. Who We Are

Stogner Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website stognerlabs.com. We offer two services:

  • LeadRescue AI — a managed AI front desk service for home-service companies. LeadRescue AI answers missed, overflow, and after-hours calls using AI voice technology, captures caller details, delivers lead summaries by email and SMS, provides daily call recaps, weekly QA monitoring, call-flow tuning, and emergency routing on applicable plans.
  • Stogner Labs Revenue Ops — revenue workflow operations for home-service companies.

This privacy policy covers your use of this website and demo line. Use of our managed services is governed by separate client service agreements with their own data handling terms.

We are based in the Boise, Idaho area.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Contact form submissions (name, company, email, phone, platform, message)
  • Appointment scheduling information through Cal.com
  • Communications via email
  • Phone number submitted for demo callback requests

Information collected automatically:

  • Website analytics through Google Analytics 4 (page views, session duration, device type, approximate geographic location). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

Demo line and callback:

  • If you call our demo line or request a callback, your phone number and the contents of the call may be collected.
  • The demo line uses AI voice technology (powered by Retell AI) to demonstrate how LeadRescue AI works. It is not a human.
  • Demo calls may be recorded for quality, demonstration, and improvement purposes.
  • Call transcripts may be generated and stored temporarily for quality review.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries
  • To schedule and conduct consultations
  • To process demo callback requests and place outbound demo calls
  • To send service-related communications (we will not send marketing emails without your consent)
  • To improve our website and AI call quality

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

This website and demo line use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Retell AI: powers the AI voice technology for the demo line and LeadRescue AI service. Processes call audio, generates transcripts, and handles voice interactions.
  • Twilio: provides telephony and SMS infrastructure for the demo line, callback requests, and lead alert delivery.
  • Cal.com: handles appointment scheduling.
  • Formspree: processes contact form submissions.
  • Stripe: processes payments for LeadRescue AI subscriptions. We do not store your payment card information directly.
  • Google Analytics 4: collects anonymized website usage data.
  • Google Sheets API: used in the managed service to log captured lead data for clients.
  • Vercel: hosts our website.

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards.

5. Call Recording and AI Disclosure

LeadRescue AI uses artificial intelligence to answer and process phone calls. The AI identifies itself and does not impersonate a human. Calls handled by the AI may be recorded and transcribed for quality monitoring, call-flow tuning, and service improvement.

For the demo line specifically, calls are recorded for demonstration and quality purposes. By calling the demo line or requesting a callback, you consent to the recording and transcription of the call.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings. The site will continue to function without them.

7. Data Retention

Contact form submissions and scheduling data are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship. Demo call recordings and transcripts are retained for a limited period for quality review and then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Request deletion of demo call recordings or transcripts
  • Opt out of analytics tracking (via browser settings or Do Not Track)
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. We do not sell personal data.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
